Introduction

Hi, I’m Dan.

I’m a husband, a dad, a lifelong artist, and someone who’s always been drawn to the creative process—whether that means designing a solution at work or building a Halloween masterpiece at home.

Professionally, I’ve spent the past 16+ years leading teams, fixing what’s broken, and helping organizations run better. I’ve worked in national healthcare operations, built and grown teams, and launched a consulting company focused on solving tough problems in practical, people-centered ways. I don’t believe in copy-paste solutions—every challenge deserves a creative approach.

Before consulting, I ran a landscape design company and poured my creativity into every water feature and backyard plan. That same mindset carries into everything I do now—finding beauty in systems, sparking ideas, and helping people tap into what’s possible.

At the end of the day, I’m most proud of the life I get to share with my wife and two kids. Whether it’s mani/pedis with my daughter, airsoft and gaming with my son, or riding coasters at Kings Island, I try to bring the same energy and creativity to life that I bring to work.
